JUVENILES

Defendants under the age of 17 at the time of the offense are considered juveniles and are required by law to appear in person with a parent or legal guardian before the Court.

Juveniles cannot resolve their violation prior to the scheduled appearance date, and parents/legal guardians cannot resolve violations on behalf of the juvenile.
