Your initial appearance date is listed on your citation. You may resolve your citation(s) prior to this date if you choose. You will need to contact the Court to discuss your options. If you do not resolve your citation(s) prior to this date, you are required to appear in Court on your scheduled appearance date. If you are unable to appear in Court on this date, you must contact the Court prior to this date to see if you are eligible to reschedule. Requests can be made in person at the Court window, or you may send an email. Requests cannot be accepted over the phone, but you can call if you have questions or need more information. Failure to resolve your violation, contact the Court for a reset, or appear in person on your scheduled court date could result in an additional violation being cited against you and a warrant for arrest being issued.
For more information about appearing in Court, please see the “General Information” page.
