The Hollywood Park Fire Department is proud to serve our community beyond emergency response. Through outreach programs, public education, and community events, we strive to build strong relationships, promote safety, and support the citizens we serve every day.

🎅 Santa Visits (Holiday Program)

Each December, the Hollywood Park Fire Department proudly brings Santa Claus through the neighborhoods of our community. Over the course of two weeks, our crews visit homes, spreading holiday cheer and creating lasting memories for families.

This program is one of our most anticipated and meaningful traditions, allowing us to connect with residents in a fun and personal way while celebrating the holiday season together.

🔥 Fire Prevention & School Education

Our firefighters visit local schools and community groups to teach fire safety, emergency preparedness, and prevention techniques. These interactive sessions help children and families understand how to stay safe and respond during emergencies.

Programs include hands-on demonstrations, safety presentations, and opportunities to meet firefighters and see equipment up close.

🚨 Smoke Detector Assistance Program

The department assists residents with checking, replacing, and installing smoke detectors to help ensure early warning in the event of a fire. Properly functioning smoke detectors are one of the most critical life-saving tools in a home.

🩺 Weekly Medical Check (Thursdays)

Every Thursday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, residents are welcome to visit the station for free basic medical checks, including:

Blood pressure checks
Glucose readings
General health assessments

This service helps promote community health and provides a convenient way for residents to stay on top of their wellness.

🚒 Station Tours

Residents, families, and community groups are invited to visit the station and see your fire department in action. Tours include apparatus walkthroughs, equipment demonstrations, and opportunities to meet firefighters.
