Do you need a copy of an accident report?
Please go to https://cris.dot.state.tx.us/public/Purchase/app/home to obtain a copy of the report.
You can search by the Case Number issued to you from the Officer on scene.
If you have questions you can come by or call our front office Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Fingerprinting services
If you need to get ink fingerprints done we are happy to help you. We do fingerprinting Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. Please call our front office at (210) 494-3575 ext. 235 with any questions.
The cost is $10 per card.
Please have 2 valid forms of government issued ID with you at the time of fingerprinting.
(If you do not have 2 forms of ID with you we cannot do your prints, digital copies of ID will not be accepted)

HOME INSPECTIONS
To request a home inspection for a possible reduction of homeowner’s insurance.

ALARM SYSTEM PERMIT
This permit is issued through the Hollywood Park Police Department.
Get the Alarm System Permit Application HERE.
FEE $10 for residents, $20 for business
Fees are due at the time the permit application is submitted.
Please complete the Alarm System Permit Application form and return to the Hollywood Park Police Department.

GOLF CART PERMITS
This permit is issued through the Hollywood Park Police Department.
If you would like to fill out and bring the application with you, you can get the Golf Cart Application HERE .
You do not have to pre-fill out the form, we do have some available in the office.
There is a fee of $50. Payment is required at the time of application. All forms of payment are accepted.
Your permit will be good for 2 years.
Inspections are done Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. No appointment Necessary.
