Hollywood Park Pet License Tag

Your pets must have a Hollywood Park license tag.
To purchase a tag for your pet you must register him/her at City Hall by bringing in your last vet documentation showing all vaccinations and immunizations. Please bring proof of micro-chip and or spaying or neutering.
